He has coached over 1000 leaders, many from within the US Department of Defense, supporting all four branches of the U.S. military, operating in 48 states and 28 countries. In this capacity, he delivered a series of keynote addresses on Leading Strategic Change to senior defense leaders in global logistics. He has served as a change management consultant for Senior Executive Service Candidates of the Government Accountability Office, a non-partisan agency that advises congress on the effectiveness of all major federal agencies and programs. Bruce has worked with leaders in aerospace, wireless telecommunications, network technologies, financial services, municipal and national government, and the nonprofit sector.
Archie Davis who offers his over 30-years’ experience in field operations. His has led both large and small projects in the areas of operations, aviation, and the human dynamic. He planned, directed, and coordinated human resources activities and staff of his organizations. He possesses the knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems

A proud Veteran (Colonel, U.S. Army Retired), today he serves as a leadership coach and program manager. From his military career where he served in command and senior staff positions from deployable combat units to the Pentagon, and then to his corporate and non-profit leadership experience, he leverages his skills and expertise to advise and coach clients with leader development, organizational development, strategic planning, and business development.
Donna Brock is a retired Command Sergeant Major with more than 35 years of serving Soldiers and their families throughout the Army and other services. While serving in assignments across the world, including a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Donna’s culminating assignment was as the senior enlisted advisor to the Army Surgeon General, the Medical Command, and the Army’s senior enlisted Medic. She served on the Sergeant Major of the Army’s Board of Directors and as the senior enlisted female advisor and mentor. She’s earned her bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State College and her master’s from Trident University International in Healthcare Management. She has dedicated her life towards the service of others which includes teaching, coaching, and mentoring young leaders and the advancement of future women leaders.
Nick served 38+ years as both a professional soldier in the United States Army Reserve and 24+ year in the supermarket packing industry. Whether it was as a senior enlisted leader (Command Sergeant Major, Retired) or as a senior Sales Manager, his number one goal was and continues to be “to help people realize their full potential and become better at what they do.” Nick is a valued and exceptionally placed leadership coach who utilizes his vast professional experience, having served in both industry and in the military. Having professionally coached and mentored over 200 emerging leaders and advised senior executives, Nick brings his listening skills, practical experience, and strategic experience to each client in a customized manner to best fit each leader’s situation. He makes an impact on each leader, who in turn impacts their organization.
With more than 26-years serving soldiers and their families and deployments to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iraq, Dan’s culminating assignments were as the Command Sergeant Major of the 13th Sustainment Command and the Army Material Command as the Army’s senior enlisted Sustainer. Now managing partner of a defense contracting firm in Killeen TX, Dan earned his credential as an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. Dan holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University. Dan has authored five books and was selected as the first Senior Enlisted Fellow for the Association of the United States Army. He has been inducted to both the US Army Sergeants Major Academy Wall of Fame and the US Army Ordnance Corps Hall of Fame.
